I missed the first twenty minutes of 24 tonight, how did Jack get away from the Chinese? I first saw it from when he was in a car with Bill and Bill was going to drop him off to be sacrificed, which he got away. I just don't know how he got away from the Chinese.

He didn't get away I would say, he was released. When the plane landed with Jack on it he was in handcuffs, and the first thing they did was release him from the handcuffs. After they released him they briefed him on the terror in the US, and offered him to change his clothes.
