Mold is usually black and it requires a mold killer to remove. If the spots are not scrubbable then it got under the enamel. Then the only way to get it off is to remove the enamel, clean out the mold, and replace the coat of enamel.

Have you tried Clorox? First you use regular dishwasher soap like Palmolive for example and then you clean it throughly since mixing clorox with other cleaning agents can cause harmful vapors. So once you rinse well go ahead and scrub real hard with clorox and that should help you out. Oh yeah wear gloves. Clorox burns....

put chlorine bleach on it directly and let it set for awhile then rinse or use cleanser with bleach.
