You'd need to mention the model of the phone in order for someone to be able to help you. This question is definitely make and model sensitive.

Are you sure your phone has a speakerphone built in? If it does, it should say it on screen or during a call menu. If it dosent, buy a car setup or something

PLEASE GIVE MAKE AND MODEL!

If its got a speakerphone then usually when you make a call a speakerphone option should appear on screen.
