I'm 21 and my penis and scrotum are always shriveled or shrunken inward no matter what the conditions are. Is it maybe a matter of lack of blood flow? I remember I went to the physicians office 4 months ago and I had to disrope for the nurse to remove bandages from my pelvis area and as you can imagine it was just an awful moment.

i'm 16 and the same way. i feel as though this makes me less of a man, i'm so emberessed by it the a will not use a uneral a a public restroom. i hate it so much.

You're asking the wrong people! You should have asked the doctor when you were there. He most likely can tell you better than any of us, who can only guess at best. My guess would be--genes. If it's always been like that it's part of your genetic makeup, so learn to live with it; if it's recent then definitely see a doctor. He can ask the right questions and make a determination.
