If you want two different libraries, you can always download the new Windows media player at http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/default.mspx. which has the exact format of Itunes and allows you to sync w/ mp3/ipod. The download is easy and you can import the same songs from Itunes Library or new cds

Yes and no. What you do is you both make your own folders-but both of them will be on itunes. Download your music and drag it to your own folder. Then when you plug in your ipod, the summary screen will appear. Click on the "Music" tab. Then check off "Sync only selected folders" and check your own folder.

It all depends...if you have Windows XP where you can have more than one account on one computer, you just have to download iTunes on each account. Other than that, I don't know what to tell you.
