Put 2 cups of water, 2 tablespoons of baking soda and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice in a microwave safe bowl. Make sure it's mixed well. Microwave on high for 10mins. Be careful, the bowl will be HOT. Wipe out microwave with damp cloth or paper towel.

If you are talking about the inside, I find that simply putting a wet rag inside the micro and turning it on for a minute and wipe the inside down works great. If you have a lot of dried of food, you may have to put a little elbow into it. Be careful though, the rag will be really hot!! For the outside, I spray a bleach/water solution on the top and use a baby wipe and clean it from top to bottom.
