I took this question seriously - thought about it - pondered - and then laughed like crazy!

Basically liberals are not open minded to conservative viewpoints that have been hashed out over and over again. Liberals are open minded to new ideas, ideas that will lead to progress and towards change in the status-quo. So when it comes to liberals, you can take your traditional ideas and dogma and stick them where the sun does not shine.

To be open minded is one of the requirements to be a liberal. And that is why they are a consensus builder unlike George Bush who is idiotically closed minded! And he refers that to as being resolved rather than an arrogant idiot.

Ultra leftist liberals are just as closed minded as ultra conservative republicans. However, if you are talking about NORMAL liberals, and not the PETA crowd, then I know alot of openminded liberals. They compose the majority of my friends and family.

Me, I can't think of anybody more open minded then me. Now lets get around to the repuglican problems of open mindedness. They are so open minded that they are now on a stay the course on steroids. Now thats not so smart is it when they are on the wrong road.
