I'm typing my senior english paper which has to be 5-7 pages.

My thisis statement is

Many teenagers who become pregnant and have children can still achieve their goals.

I need quotes and opinions, could anyone help me on that or idea's on how to start my paper, i would really appreciate it.

My experience doesn't fit with your thesis. The three girls I knew who got pregnant in high school didn't amount to anything, although they came from relatively well-off families. Their "baby daddies" left them and they ended up uneducated, untrained single moms.

It's much better to finish school and/or job training, then settle down and have a family.

Yes, it is very possible they can. However, they would need an unlimited amount of support for this to be achieved. Balancing education and a child is not easy, because you can never get it to a stability if you do not have help. If the teenage mother can steel herself for the work, be diligent, and determined, I believe she can. Nevertheless, she needs the support of others, such as her mother or someone close who can help watch over the baby while she takes schooling, since any goals are always linked to education.
