Derek Acorah - Psychic or a fake?

Hi well he sure is good at faking it if he is a fake. I think he is a real medium and not a fake. He is right to many times and that goes for other mediums out there. People call madiums fake because they dont want to believe. But im sure if they met him and he told them something that no one knows then maybe they will be shocked. I wouldnt question peoples abilities who claim to be mediums as we are no to say wheather its real or not.
I belive that people do have this ability and i dont think derek acorah is fake but who is anyone to say he is real or he isnt as we havent had the chance and probably never will of meeting him to find out

When Most Haunted forst began he was brilliant, got lots of facts spot on and to a certain extent he still does. However I think his head has been turned by the fame thing and his trances all seem to be very very similar, always someone very angry and verbally abusive, he never seems to be overtaken by a sweet old lady!
Its due to this that I stopped watching him in that show, but would like to see him work with a live audience to get a better view of it all.

when he first started in most haunted i though he was amazing always getting things spot on, but when u look back at the earlier episodes you look at the locations they go to, there historic buildings so anyone can pick up on mary queen of scots. ive read two of his books now and they have to be the biggest load of garbage ive ever read, he was just so self centered an full of self praise for himself, also the fact that apparently Sam his apparently a old ehtiopian tribesman leader who help derek espcape capture by a rival tribe in another life, but he was eventually caught an both were killed ???? yeah belivable. i have since stopped watching most haunted and that ghost towns... what a load of bull

They tricked him once. They got an outside source to feed him information about a location before he went with the Most Haunted team there. The information he was told was about a man who used to live in the location. He pretended he was possesed by the ghost of the man in the information he recieved. All the information was fake. They had tricked him, and he fell for it. They found he had researched legends and myths of places before he went there, and then pretended to be ghosts from those legends and myths etc. Sometimes he researched real history beforehand, too.

I like him, I think he is quite exaggerated, but he is quite accurate most of the time and he is very funny as well... "most defeneat!" or whatever he says... I love it! I want to believe he is not fake as I truly believe there is "something" out there. David is very good too, but lacks the charisma of Derek!

Ive met him, Honest view? Nice guy but mad as a pancake. He however, really believes he is psychic. To be filed next to David Icke under delusional celebrities.

I would say 50/50 On Most Haunted you know exactly what is going to happen next. It is a bit like a script.

I have never seen anything funnier ,than when Derek has a 'moment' and gets posessed by a so called spirit,Funny as hell,well worth my tv licence cost!!

He is physic but those trances are very exaggerated,I've watched most haunted for years now and its got so much better since David wells took over.
