not eating foods hard to digest -greasy, spicy stuff

nothing seems to help. i just want to alleviate symptom a bit everyone keeps asking why i look sick and miserable but i'm not ready to tell im pregnant yet but i cant hide it very well!

try not taking your prenatals and taking the flintstones everything you tryed i tryed i had severe morning sickness where i was throwing up blood, nothing worked and it didnt go away until i was 6 months, the best thing though is to ask your doctor for this stuff called finergen, i spelt it wrong but that stuff did miracles and when i would feel nauseated i would eat ginger gun, well not eat it but chew it it tasted good and made me feel a lil better, maybe you will have a girl, the preggie pops do work too but only for a lil bit, you can try tums too but popsicles did it for me too help sooth my throat after throwin up so much and getting the taste out of my mouth, i hope you dont have to suffer anymore cause i know how bad it is, but when i stoped the prenatals i felt so much better and swimming helped me too....

There is a natural herb called ginger. You can buy it at a health food store or anywhere they sell herbs. It is all natural so it won't hurt your baby.It is also good for car sickness or before flying on an airplane. Even children can take this. Try taking 2 capsules when you first get up with a glass of water. Take 2 during the day at lunch if you are still nauseated. Take 2 more before bedtime. If you start feeling better cut down to 2 capsules in the morning. I am not pregnant but when i was this is what i did . I still take 2 capsules every morning.

I'm 8wks pregnant and I'm going thru debilitating morning sickness and fatigue also. I have all day and night morning sickness and I haven't started prenatals yet, I'm on kids chewables right now. Anyways, I suck on the preggie pops all day since I got them 2 days ago. Don't hesitate to buy them. It's definately worth a shot. I think that persons idea on Bob's peppermints sound good. I might try that too.

My best friend tried preggie pops and said they helped her. I would definatelyday that you need totake those vitamins with a meal. They don't need to be on an empty stomach. Also, try drinking sprite or 7up or Dr. Pepper. Prop yourself up on a couple of pillows and always keep a bag of peppermints handy. I used the softer kind of peppermint sticks a lot (I think their called Uncle Bob's or something like that) You can get them for $1.50 at Wal-Mart.

Dr. Pepper, peppermints and propping myself up are all of the things that helped me. I didn't have morning sickness bad, but I did have it.

Also, if you have it bad enough the doctor can prescribe you something for it. I hope this helps you and I hope you are feeling much better soon! :-)

You can get medication from your doctor called Diecletin. It works so well. You just take it before you go to bed and when you wake up, you feel great! You can take two if one doesnt work. Also it can be taken throughout the day up to 4 times I beleive. But trust me, Im 18 weeks now and I still can't be without it :( I tried yesterday...lol bad mistake. But it's great. Definaltly ask your doctor about it. There have been studies and women who have taken it throughout their whole pregnancy had healthy babies, so it's not bad for the baby.
Good luck, hope you feel better. I really feel for you,

Often times you might need to talk to your OB/GYN about trying a different brand of prenatal vitamins to help alleviate your morning sickenss. M/S sucks, but look it as a good sign that your pregnancy is proceeding!

Ugh, I remember that well. Nothing helped me until my doctor gave me something for nausea. It helped a lot. I could tell when it wore off-ugh. It stopped around four months and started again just before delivery. I wish I could help you.

add lemon juice to everything you drink, its gross with most stuff so i stuck with sweet tea. also sour candy or lemon flavored candy, lemon heads were awesome. stay away from greasy foods as much as possible, rinse your ground meat before you add it to spaghetti and stuff like that, also try adding a LITTLE (i cook for alot of people and i add 1/8 cup to 10+Pd's of spaghetti)bit of sugar to anything you put cooked tomatoes in

good luck things will get better

oh yea, Ritz crackers were better than saltines for me...

Oh, I am sorry to tell you this...my friend had the worst morning sickness....for almost three month...nothing could help her. And by the look of your list, you have tried everything...look into herbal remedies...check with Doc. first.

The best is yet to come...a healthy baby.
