Yes, they are both salts, and VERY soluble in water.

Calcium chloride is CaCL2 and found in a commercial product called, "Damp Rid". It is very hygroscopic. It loves water.

Sodium Bicarbonate is ordinary Baking Soda.

Yes, they are salts. This general category are the products of acid / base reactions.

Both are soluble in water, because they are ionic and water is polar.

BTW, Calcium Chloride is used to melt ice and Sodium Barcobonate is the famous baking soda (also used in swimming pools)

solubility for NaHCO3 is 7.8g/100g water @ 18C (64F)

Latter one is base which makes salt when added to an acid.
