How do I remove old reflective vinyl from fish tank glass?

forget what they say....soak it with glass cleaner any will do, and scrape with a razor blade...use a scraper holder so you dont get cut....dont let it dry while you are scraping and change blades often.

Water will do it, just keep vinyl wet frequently, vinyl or leather are stuck by leather adhesive, water is the enemy of adhesive, after couple of repeated treatment you will notice vinyl spliting from glass, then use a blade to remove remaining adhesive resedue from glass, good luck

hair dryer is good heat gun might break glass .....and use nail varnish remover to finish it off with .. nail varnish remover with acetone or just plain old acetone. works a treat.
