No, but you can use is like a credit card and you can get cash at any ATM. Fees are very low. Most of the tourist places will accept your BoA card but be prepared to carry some cash with you. Smaller business don't accept credit cards yet.

SFAIK Bank of America has no ATMs in Poland.
Visa and Visa Electron are the most popular cards here,
American Express is accepted by some (not many) outlets

You can use your B of A card like a credit card there but there are no B of A atms in Poland.
