If I get neon tetras will they get along with tiger barbs

Tiger barbs tend to be semi-aggressive. The barbs are a bit bigger than the tetra's so they may nip their fins and possibly kill them.

You may be able to keep them with rosy barbs and cherry barbs (which are about as nippy as a zebra danio).

No. Both are fin nippers.
