The Rose that Grew from Concrete is an album based on the poetry of Tupac Shakur, released in 2000. This album features a large cast of celebrities reading ... Don't know if this is the same but you can check it out! Cheers. Bill

it is written by Tupac Shakur and can be found in the book of the same name (it's actually "The Rose that Grew from Concrete")

Here is the poem:
The Rose That Grew From Concrete by Tupac

Did you hear about the rose that grew from a crack in the concrete?
Proving nature's law is wrong it learned to walk with out having feet.
Funny it seems, but by keeping it's dreams, it learned to breathe fresh air.
Long live the rose that grew from concrete when no one else ever cared.

no, usually you could simply type that phrase into "google" and add "poem" to it, but google didn't find, which is the best search engine. Sorry I am afraid its not a real poem.

it can be a line in a poem but not a poem it self
but the sentence is very poetic!!!
