i started my last period around the 14 th of december and i am kinda irregular. Well i should have started around that same time this month and i had sex on the 12th of january and on the 17th and know it is the 21 and i still have not started should i be worried?

Because your are irregular, it's difficult to tell when you ovulated. For your peace of mind, buy a home pregnancy test kit and do the test; if it comes back negative, wait another week or so. If you still haven't menstruated by then, test again. If still negative, make an appointment with your Gyno so he/she can check if any hormonal imbalances are present and interfering with your cycle.

"Around" isn't very specific. How many days apart are your cycles normally? If you had a regular 28 day cycle, you probably ovulated during the last week of December. I wouldn't worry too much if you ONLY had sex on the 12 and 17 of Jan and not in Dec.

well you say u are a bit irregular so that could be it. However i have never seen it happen that fast especially being that close to your cycle starting. in some cases you would have missed the second period. but the logical thing to say is technically you are a week late which means you can go buy a pregnancy test to be sure.
