do i still have a chance of gettin taller?????

It's possible that you could still grow, although I believe that most teens have finished their major growth spurts by that age. That said, I wouldn't worry too much. There are lots of short chicks looking for a guy their height, and short can be hot. Incidentally, a huge number of famous and hot actors are actually really short.
