I have a 1995 FD RX7 and I am looking for a Engine Swap. One of my workmates is selling a R26B 4-Rotor Engine which he got in his previous job. I was wondering if the Engine would fit in my FD or if I have to stick with the 20B.

Thanks in advance.

If he has the ign box, Intake's and distributors or Coil system (like the race car) for the new one.. Go for it... You might have to do some remodeling under the hood and to the Hood.

Very cool mod.
Ill be interested in your FD motor if you continue with the swap.
The 787/B motors are sick!
To get that to fit...be ready to deal with the driveshaft and engine/tranny mounts.
The R26B is a little heavier and will most likely need a bulkier crossmember.
If the R26B is complete with all wiring...GO FOR IT.

WOW haha well, it will fit but it also depend on what comes with the engine. if it's just the engine alone it'll cost you a WHOLE LOT OF $$$$$ HAHA
