I would be horrified if someone saw me wearing something that feminine. While you might see guys wearing those in a fashion show to create shock value, I don't think you'll see many on the street, even the guys who aren't quite straight.
Kinda sad when even the males look gaunt and anorexic in the fashion world.

men who work on building sites some do wear tights under ther jeans just to keep warm.
