I bought a new Intercooler for my 360 a few days ago and it hardly holds the power adapter in it. If the floor shakes at all it will move and the 360 will turn off. I don't know if this is a problem with all intercoolers or if it is just mine.

I would take the thing off as soon as possible. I see a lot of recommendations for the Nyko Intercooler but I would think twice about getting it. When I put mine on the 360, I eventually got the ring of death. It turns out that the Nyko Intercooler takes some of the power that the xbox needs and it wasn't providing enough power at times to my hard drive which caused the error. Not to mention that it is not officially Microsoft certified and that Microsoft may not fix your 360 if there happened to be a problem and there is a hint of evidence that you used the Intercooler. The intercooler isn't mandatory with the recent fashions of X field. purely the first 360s that got here out had overheat issues, even though it become exceedingly muched fastened in some months. also, ward off leaving your x field on the carpet, because it is going to suck in crap thats on the carpet and bits of the carpet itself very slowly and finally will reason it to overheat. So keep it on a sparkling flatsurface and u ought to haven't any issues that u would wish the intercooler tofix : ) playstation : at the same time as u run the x field, it receives warmth...thats purely how platforms artwork. Doesnt propose that ts overheated. at the same time as u get the red ring of lack of life round the x field image, you recognize its damaged

yea mine didnt do that but sometimes the disks that i would put in to play would work for about a half hour and then they would stop and say that the disk was unreadable. when i took the disk out it was in perfect condition. so basically the intercooler just sucks.

You can play your 360 for 3 hours straight without overheat. I dunno why you'd buy a cooler. It voids your xbox360 warranty.
