I want to learn how to play guitar, starting with acoustic, so if anyone could recommend a good brand (money isnt really a big deal) that sounds good and is nice for beginners, that would be great.

no count number what each and every man or woman tells you, forget manufacturers, they are purely a promoting gimmick. almost each and every "sort" makes extraordinary guitars on the best end and junk on the backside. enable your palms and your EARS elect. A used guitar could properly be a genuine good deal yet used gibsons and martins will nonetheless be costly and until eventually now you purchase a used guitar have it appeared at via somebody who is familiar with guitars. a million/8" difference in the top of the strings from the fingerboard could make a guitar unplayable.

Every guitar player has his or her favorite. My favorite is a Martin. The best thing for you to do is visit music stores, and have someone play a little for you, and see how it sounds to you. Also, you need to hold it, and see how it feels to you. The sound and the feel are really what you're looking for in a very personal instrument. All the best!
