Dumbbell press.
Do flat dumbbell press - 3 sets increasing the weight each set.
First set should be 12 reps
Second 8 to 10
Third 6 to 8
You should be working with a weight that only allows you to do the amount of reps mentioned above.
Then move to inclined press - dumbbells or bar and do the same thing - 3 sets like above.
A lot of size comes from doing incline presses. You want to bring out the top portion of your chest.
Then do 3 sets of dumbbell flys or pec-deck. This help to get that ripped look.
Then do all that at least once a week.
