I think you should bring her to a pediatrician and she should likely get some antibiotics. There are harmful bacteria in poo, including e-coli which is deadly, and which is why you don't have sex in the back door and move to the front as you will often get a bacterial infection, so I don't imagine injesting it is very healthy.
Run it by the doctor or do you have a poison control center you can call? I'm sure they have enough expertise to answer your question.

Yes there are health risks. You can get ecoli from it. Also Norovirus and Rotovirus if the owner of the feces is infected. Most children do eat it from at some time in there life. I would call your health nurse and ask what they suggest. Noro is active where I live right now and very contagious so I would call right away. As you aren't sure where it came from make sure to call they will tell you what to look for. Day cares and other institutes that have people in diapers often have outbreaks of different diseases due to the diapers so right there that is proof that it can be dangerous. So please just call better safe than sorry. From now on I'd suggest adding a separate bag to your laundry for human waste soiled clothes (blood and feces) these are both treat as Bio-hazards in hospitals and rest homes.

It will make her sick ! Especially if your son was sick when he had the accident.
I would call a Dr just to be on the safe side, they might be able to tell you what precautions to take.
Maybe you can call the Emergency Room and ask a nurse there what should be done. Getting a little advice from them is a good idea, and will give you peace of mind.
Good luck & God Bless !

My daughter dug in her diaper when she was about 7 months old and ate fistfuls of her own feces before her dad stopped her, she didn;t get sick, but I would call your doctor and let him know what happened anyways, and get some sound medical advice.

Watch her to see if there are any changes in her health. Human feces are safe, assuming the person has no diseases. If your son hasn't had the stomach flu recently, your daughter should be fine. Most babies have eaten poop at some point or another, but usually they choose their own!
