there is something on the back that says "t+h". What in the name of heckinsteins does that mean?

It has nothing else on the back and I don't know what it's called. I'll tell you all of the details: It is an oval-shaped silver coin with a 3-D angel on it and on the back it is perfectly flat except in really tiny print I saw something so I got out a magnifying glass (I don't need glasses for things up close) and I am pretty sure it says "t+h" in lowercase lettering.
