Two ways: either you know their carrier and can figure out the destination address, or sign up with Chikka and send IMs through their IM system to Philippine carriers.
I've tried Yahoo Messenger and they won't accept SMS for delivery to Smart/Globe/Sun.

Texting and SMSing are done through computers and cell phones. You could do cell phone to computer through a phone that has instant messenger capabilities.

Yes. You can use Yahoo Messenger to send an SMS message, provided person is on your Yahoo Messenger contact list and set-up for messaging; or if you have any other cell phone number.
Go to "Actions"........ "Send an SMS message"
Good luck

send it through his/her email address and it will be delivered in the person's mail inbox.Read the start up kit you had from your service provider to follow instructions on how to do it but for one thing i know, txt the person's email address leave a single space and start txting your actual message and send it as you will do to a txt msg to a cellphone but this one is without a phone number.
