Well for movies/TV I think Will Ferrell, Will Smith, Ricky Gervais and Jon Stewart are always hilarious.
In standup Eddie Murphy was great in the 80's and all the SNL guys Belushi, Ackroyd, Rader, Murray and Curtain.
