I think if your boss only moans at you in the morning, then Count yourself lucky that they haven't fired you. If you were my employee and you didn't call and didn't show up, you better have a doctors note as to why you couldn't call or come in, or you would be fired. I guess you should find a doctor that will give ya a note. Not much else you can do! Or just go to work next time!!!

Well, if it had just been once, I would say diahrea and puking. But if it is only on Saturdays and you've done it more than once, it won't work. Try telling him your Mom, Grandma, or someone else has been very ill and needs someone there. The only day they don't have someone else is Saturday. That should get you a few more off.
I can't believe I'm saying this, I'm a manager!

Doesn't really matter what excuse you come up with....simple fact of the matter is: You didn't go. Apparently you don't need to work badly enough to be bothered with getting up at 5 am and going to work! Quit that job (if you don't get fired first) and find one with more suitable hours. Perhaps a night job that will allow you to sleep late? Or, don't work, don't eat, whatever floats your boat.

You had to visit your doctor, because of "women things" that has happened a few saturdays in a row. LOL that would make your boss understand..

only one real option, have a close friend hit you in the face with a lead pipe and claim you were mugged one Saturday, and the other Saturday you were sick. You can only use the sick thing once, thus the necessity of the pipe

This doesn't sound like the job for you. I suggest you resign tomorrow & save him the trouble of firing you. There is no excuse you can give at this point!

None, there is no excuse. When you make a commitment you are expected to follow through. What you can get and should be is fired.

A family emergency, didn't feel well (don't want to spread disease), car problems, etc. are all realistic reasons.
Are you not able to ask off work beforehand, or call in that day?

It's best to give an excuse that the boss won't want to further question you about. For example, hint that you had severe diarrhea or that it was something vaginal. Please remember, though, that no-show, no-call is usually grounds for termination.
