What is the best type of horse hair and inlay for a violin bow?

My current bow has Mongolian horse hair. Is there a better type of hair or is it all pretty much the same? Also, does double peral dot inlay vibrate well?

Mongolian is the best type of horse hair. It is the most universally used.
