What does this mean?

Why do women tend to rub like a teenager or somebody on the back when talking to them?

I'm talking about they just start talking to them, and they rub their back for a few seconds. Not to calm them down cause i was perfectly normal when they do it.

Women are tactile in their emotions. That means the are touchy feely. If women like you they want to touch you.
