Ok I understand that. Seems like I gave a bad example. I'm trying to figure out how to divide square roots. Maybe a better example:

(15/sq rt 5 ) x (sq rt 5 / sq rt 5)

8 x sqr(10)

sqr(10)

sqr(10) cancel out because any number divided by itself is 1.

Your question doesn't make sense mathematically. It's like saying
8 x 1/1 = 8

The square root of 10 multiplying 8 is cancelled out by the square root of 10 dividing it.

You mean: 8(√10/√10) ??

What's 5/5?

What's 3.5/3.5?

What's 225/225?

-------> 8(√10/√10) = 8

Did you fall asleep in math class or something? Don't give me any points for this please.
