The best one is IIM executive program. But to get a chance there, u need to have a solid exp of atleast 5 years.

Otherwise, u can join ICFAI.

But dont expect any new jobs from a part-time program. The college is not bothered because u already have one. What can happen is that after completion of ur course, u can get a promotion or an increment in ur salary.
