Talk to him about how you feel.
If he doesn't listen them get away from him.
Good Luck

Make sure it's a valid concern.

First and foremost, if his behavior is changing, then you've got reason to be alarmed. A lot of people have the ability to mesh with a lot of different personalities without changing their own. So if you care about him, give him the benefit of the doubt that he'll keep a good head on his shoulders.

Communication is key though. Try talking to him without threatening ultimatums such as leaving. See how he reacts and works towards common ground over the course of several months before you decide to move on. Of course, a lot of this advice depends on how serious the situation is. Obviously things like drug dealing and committing felonies would mean you should make a quick exit to save yourself from any involvement.

Tell him/her how you feel...and that you are concerned about them and don't want them to end up like that. There isn't much more you can do but that. And if they choose to keep seeing and hanging out with these guys over you, then the friendship isn't worth it anywayz, especially if it means ruining you too.

Explain to your friend that you're worried about them. Explain that you don't want them to get hurt or messed up in any way. If they aren't listening to that, start hanging out with them less.

Talk to your friend and explain what your concerns are. Say that you will not hang around with that particular group of people, so that it will be clear to your friend that if he/she chooses to do so, he/she will be doing it without you.

tell him straight up that successful people surround themselves with other successful people and you have no intentions of being a loser. If he won't listen, then part ways with him. You'll be glad in the long run.
