How do I take a word file and convert into EPS file for screen printing?

I want to order promotional products with my logo on it and this is what the company is asking for.

Ask the printer if they will accept a PDF file... if so, go to http://www.pdf995.com/ for a free PDF printer. It is a driver that appears in your normal printer list - simply go to Print in Word (or any other application) and select the PDF printer - it will give you a dialog to name the PDF, then create the file.

If they absolutely must have EPS, I don't know of any free EPS printer drivers, but you can buy Document Printer for $38 which does (among many other things) print to EPS.
