Higher/Lower Albedo (True or False)?

A surface with a higher albedo will heat more quickly than one with a lower albedo.

False. Albedo is the reflectivity of the surface. The surface reflecting more radiation will not get as warm as the surface absorbing it.

Snow has a high albedo because it reflects heat back into space, whereas blacktop has a low albedo(just think of how hot blacktop gets in the summer)
