I use to be slim as all can be.....was about 6'1 215lbs.... Then my last 2 years of high school I put on a crap load of weight....went up to about 285lbs by the time i graduated....put alot on from weight lifting and on purpose for football... then I graduated, and now in 2nd year of college, and want to get rid of it all, use to be ok with being fat, now im just not... I shot up to 315 as my max, and since September 06, I dropped down to about 245lbs. I want to get back to 220lbs, and even 200lbs... I belive I can lose the weight....but what I want to lose is the FAT....the FAT is what is depressing me, not the weight. Seriously though, will this fat ever go away....I run about 3 miles a day, and lift weights Monday-Friday, but im still really really jiggly and....and not the tolerable one......its nasty, no girl will ever like me looking like this, and no its not all low self esteem, its really unattrative, Im not looking to be ripped, but this fat wont go away. Looking for tips

then I have some cut up fruit, grapes and strawberries usually as a snack around 10:30am..

Then for lunch I have a peanut butter sandwich with wheat bread and all natural peanut better.....

you don't have to torture yourself to get slimmer. there is a commercial for sub-way sandwiches where a guy lost a lot of weight by changing his diet.

just remember that your body takes about a year to recognize and adjust to change of diet. any quick fixes will just unfix themselves soon after you quit them.

so it's up to you. you could change your diet and/or eating pattern. your consumption must go down and your activity should increase. eating pattern......snack a bit more often in the day instead of the three square meals for example. oh and a combination of workouts and swimming should do the rest. you'll not only be slim, you'll have a body to die for.

like i said.....there doesn't need to be any stress in slimming down. if you really have heart and real command of the power of your mind, you have the tools to sharpen your self discipline and realize your dreams.

my good wishes are with you. happy landings.

Analyse your food intake per three days, do that every day. Analyse the amount your burned off in those days. Make sure you are burning 10% more than you are consuming. Eat good food. Not processed. Straight off the tree or out of the ground. Lean stuff only. You can eat plenty without getting hungry. Drink plenty of water.

what are you drinking and eating? all the exercise in the world won't make a difference if you're not eating well.

cut out the soda pop and fast food and see if that helps. the processed foods are so terrible. are you eating dorm food? that's the worst.

whole foods are best. at least 8 glasses of water is what you need to aim for. exercise doesn't seem to be aproblem for you.
