The only way to get 100,000 with the Thanksgiving Plaque would be to sell it in your Yard Sale. And you could get a lot more than 100,000 MB for it if you sold it.
Sorry if someone misled you an told you that there was a way to use it to get millsbucks but other than selling it that's just not possible. The plaque was given out as a prize in 2005 for donating to the Community Center during Thanksgiving. Residents who donated as frequently as possible received 5 prizes culminating in the Thanksgiving Plaque for residents who donated during eevery week of the event.
