She should run far away from you if you are such a control freak that you think it's your job to get her to do anything. She's entitled to eat whatever the hell she likes!

you should give her a snack and hide it in the snack. She may try and spit it out but if she does just apply pressure to the roof of her mouth so that she can't bite and force the sauce down her throat. You should make sure to pet her and tell her she is good when she eats it. This will show positive reenforcement and may get her to eat it even though she doesn't like it just to please you.

Ummm...why are you trying to get her to eat it? If she really prefers not to try new things, that is her individaul choice. Maybe suggest something a little more her style
