It depends on what you're watching. If you're watching the show on Toonami, I'm pretty sure that the openings are compilations of the original openings. If you're want to find out what the translations for the original openings are, check out www.animelyrics.com. They have lyrics for a lot of popular animes.

If you download fansubs, you can know all the translations to the opening songs
as i've only seen fansubbed japanese versions of Naruto
the songs and their lyrics can be easily googled or searched through yahoo

There are many different 'songs' openings of naruto depending upon what year and season of the anime.
I have no idea which one you are referring to.
