I can't really give a full answer to your question, but I can give an educated guess.

The human brain is the most advanced brain on the planet, and is *far* bigger (compared to body size) than the brain of any other animal.

Ever wondered why human babies are so helpless when born, when most other animals are leaping around within hours of being born? It's because of our large brain.

All mammals, except humans, give birth to their young when the baby's brain is approximately half the size of the adult brain.

With humans, our brain is so big that we have to give birth as early as possible, because if we were to wait until the baby's brain was half the adult size, the mother would be killed by the birth.

In fact, a human baby's brain doesn't reach half the size of an adult brain until it is a year old. Imagine trying to give birth to a year-old baby!

Thus, mother nature is busy creating the "must have" parts of the brain to give the best chance for the baby's survival - so that's things like how to walk and eat. Other things like speaking and memory just aren't as important so they don't get developed until later.

You can, but it requires a skilled hypnotist to aid you with the re-accessing process, the unconscious mind stores all of the information we experience all of the time and stores it away without embellishment or bias in other words unprocessed its the retrieval that becomes the difficult bit because it uses the conscious part of the mind, the decision maker which adds all the other distortions to the source its recalling and over time the connection between the two gets clogged and blocked up. If you see a hypnotist make sure they have a good reputation, are established, and in your case specialise in regression techniques, oh and while your there see if they can show you an exercise to unblock and clean out the connection used during recall it will improve your memory and speed at which you can access information you store in it, just like running an optimisation prog on your PC. Not convinced ? Oh well you'll be another pensioner that forgets where they live after collecting the pension and gets picked up by the Police walking along a motorway days later by which point you won't be able to answer them when they ask where you're going cause you'll have forgotten that to. Like me answering this and taking so long to finish my answer that I can't remember the question, well I am 300 years old what do you expect ?

I wish I knew the answer to this question. I still cant remember what I did above the age of 3! Perhaps the brain needs to form properly to develop memories or needs a certain amount in the memory to remember? Who knows? :-)
Good luck finding out the answer

you're coming up in him the flexibility to experience love, yet he received't keep in innovations feeling love for you presently. you may learn without lengthy time period innovations. There are different strategies issues stay with you. Your reports impression what percentage neurons are especially aspects of your mind for one, esp. in the course of the first couple of years. operating example if a baby does no longer learn a spoken language by technique of age 6, they could't learn one ever. as long as they recognize one, that area of their mind is developed and they could learn any / all languages. notwithstanding the neurons in user-friendly words type in those first few years. maximum human beings have their first authentic "memory" at age 3. a baby elderly 6-18 months must have one/few widely used strong caregivers to experience a strong experience of affection for others. children between 6-18 months who continuously swap caregivers, or are hardly round their widely used caregiver, or have an unpredictable caregiver could have difficulty loving others. they don't keep in innovations loving a particular man or woman immediately, yet they want the adventure to strengthen their own ability. a baby properly cared for for 6 - 18 months, then given to a unique widely used caregiver received't do not ignore that man or woman become no longer continuously their widely used caregiver, yet without someone in that position for the first 6-18 months, they are going to not in any respect totally hook up with all of us.

I'm not completely sure...
but...
It probably has to do with the formation of neural pathways. As we grow and learn neurons forn connections to others in the brain and certain pathways are formed. A baby has no experience or time to form them, and thus as they age and experience more, more and more connections are made.

can you still walk? do you stilll remember who your mum is? Can you talk? sit up? go to the toilet? all of these things and many more are learned and remembered very well long before the age of three it is only when reaching the age of three when socialisation becomes an issue and remembering events becomes more important than simply replicating actions.

What is it you would care to remember? A wet snog, a good dump, a changed diaper? We tend not to recall the insignificant. As for the rest of it, you can't remember what you didn't understand.

You are heavily engaged at that time figuring out the basics.
