Make it honest. Are you a teenager?

I have a hard time hiring teenagers to watch my kids because I don't feel like they're capable of handling them. If you've watched little ones- babies and toddlers- before, make a point of telling them you've had that experience and that you have references available if needed.

Also, this is the worrisome mother in me, but with listing your phone number like that on a flyer, you'll want to be careful about going to meet people- especially "dads." Make a point of taking a parent along with you to meet the parents of the kids you'll be babysitting ahead of time. Don't wait until the night you have to babysit. Tell them you would like to meet them and their children first and when you go take a parent with you in case they're not who they say they are. If they're "too busy" to meet with you, the refuse to watch their kids. If they're honestly good parents, they'd want to meet you first anyway.

You can also include what you charge per hour, and if that price is more for having to watch more children.

You could include the names of some of the people you have already babysat for so people can use them for references.

You could also list any special skills such as first aid training, or any other special skills that could set you apart from any other babysitters.

I hope I was able to help you out a little. I wish you luck in finding tons of people to babysit for! Good Luck!

Make sure you don't need a permit or license. Make sure you don't promise to do something you cannot provide, age limits, etc. You could convince someone to allow their phone number for an anonymous reference about you. You could also provide a tear strip on the bottom they could rip off the page to take your info with them and have it when they need a sitter. Don't forget to have an emergency list posted near every phone or in your pocket for each assignment and blank pages for their own emergency numbers, allergies, etc. for you to use.
