Besides toothpaste, what's the best way toi whiten teeth?

It depends on what you value the most. If you're in a big rush to go and have them whitened, I'd have to say In-Office because it takes a lot less time. However if money is a bigger factor and you have more patience, I'd go with At-home bleaching or Crest White-Strips.

use the whiten tooth paste 2 or 3 times a day with the whiten mouth wash
