Bleaching can wear down the enamel on your teeth, and do other damage, but toothpaste and chewing gum can help you whiten your teeth the safe way. But if you want to whiten your teeth for a really special occasion, like your wedding or a big fancy party, use a whitener that will look more natural, because extra bright white teeth can look freakish and strange.

i used an at home whitener it made my teeth so much whiter. find a type that suits your needs. You can also go to your dentist and ask them and you could get an in office bleaching or they could give you an at home bleaching kit that is stronger than most at home bleaching kits. Almost any type would work depending on how white you want your teeth.

crest white strips are a good idea, my sister is a dentist and she said those are the best for people who don't want to spend several hundred dollars on trays. get the "premium" ones. they are a bit more expensive but the agent that colors your teeth white is more powerful in the "premium" one.

Try this tooth powder. It is amazing. I am pretty sure they will send you a sample if you call them. Thats how I found out about it. I actually look forward to brushing my teeth and they feel spotless. It also works on coffee stains.

My grandad used to crush charcoal, wet his finger, dip it in the charcoal powder, and rub it on his teeth. Might not taste like colgate but as far as I can remember his teeth were sparky...
