I think you have to be 18 because they are going to ask you for a major credit card to keep on file so you will need that credit card and some form of id. The memebership is free...........I have blockbuster online. Go and check it out online it might work for you and they show their plans and rates.

I think you can you just have to return the movie back to the one you rent it at. Or call them on the back of the membership card there should be a number.
