Please answer in a more detailed way telling me what "rad" means. Once you tell me what that is, (please add more info in your question) I will answer your question with the answer.

Ok, thanks for your updated details. Now that you said rad means radical sign, here is my answer:

So we have (radx+rad7)^2. We can also express this as the following: (radx+rad7)(radx+rad7).

Now we must find the answer, which is not that complicated. Follow my steps:
1. (radx+rad7)(radx+rad7) = (radx)(radx) + (radx)(rad7) + (rad7)(radx) + (rad7)(rad7).
2. This gives us the following:
(radx)(radx) = x
(radx)(rad7) = rad(7x)
(rad7)(radx) = rad(7x)
(rad7)(rad7) = 7

3. Now that we have got our answer, we can write this as this:
x + 2rad(7x) + 7.

4. When we see 2rad(7x), it looks a little bizarre, so lets jsut change it a little bit: 2rad(7x) = rad(4) times rad (7x)

As the two rads are being multiplicated, we can represent this as the following:

rad(4) times rad (7x) = rad(4 times 7x), which gives us rad(28x)

5. Now you have finally your final answe, which is: x + rad(28x) + 7.

Hope this helped you.
