Hi there! I am also a brunette with blue eyes.

Everyone's style is different so what I do may not work for you, however, I found that warm highlites and lowlites give your hair more depth. Look for reddish brown and strawberry blonde highlites that compliment, not mask, your brown gorgeous brown hair.

As for the eyes, I wear a chocolate brown eye shadow. I use the same eyeshadow as eyeliner. And black or brown-black mascara. It works for me.

If I am going out and want a more dramatic look, I use white eyeshadow as a eye liner. It makes your eyes brighter. This works best if you are in darker environments (restaurants, clubs, etc.).

Try going to a MAC or other makeup consultant for a makeover. Also, if you trust your hairdressor, see what they can do for you to change up your look. Go through some magazines to see what you like and bring examples with you.

Good luck!

Firstly stop wishing for things that you don't have, and make the most of yourself.

It really depends on your skin colouring too. But I would suggest using colours that will catch the colour of your eyes and also go with your dark hair. THese colours would definitely make your eyes stand out : Purple / Browns / Greens / Greys

Rather than goin for the whole 'sunkissed' look, why not put a red tint through your locks? Keep your skin sunkissed instead of your hair....also I find that black eye liner looks very well on people with blue eyes. Put a line on the upper eyelid, not so much on the bottom, but just inside the lower lid will make your eyes stand out.

Good luck!!

Ok, first of all, brown hair with blue eyes is much more exotic than blonde and blue. So you're on the better side. Apply mascara on both your upper and lower eyelashes. It opens up your eyes and gives the 'pop' effect you're looking for. Don't put too much eyeliner it can make your eyes look smaller.
If you really decide to lighten your hair a bit, there are many hair products out there that you can spray on and then blow dry. But be careful with these as they tend to damage the hair.

well for your hair you could get a glaze clairol does an amazing clear one so it wont change your color just add MAJOR shine as for make up try putting silver eyeshadow in the inner corners of your eyes and only put eyeliner (pref brown it works amazing with blue eyes) from the middle of your eye to the outer corners. hope this helps!

to get that sun kissed look on your hair, pour your desired colour in a small dish. brush with a toothbrush on damp hair. grab the blow dryer and dry it.

to make your eyes POP, some ways to do that are to get a tan- with dark skin, your light eyes are noticed or where blue blouses or something to accent your eyes.

hope i was help
