Were you the receiver or sender?

You can pick up a claim form from the post office and file a claim for damages. Check the Post office web site for details and what is covered. Standard 1st class post is insured for up to £30

Fill out the form, attach proof of postage and they will process it soon.

Unfortunatly the post office are pretty useless these days. I ship out 70 - 100 packages per week and over christmas they managed to loose about 20 of them!
