They say to workout in the morning, when you have more energy. That's pratically impossible for me, seeing how I have three toddlers running around during the day. If and when I exercise I do it at night. I have a Gazelle and I love it!

During the week, I also like to work out after work, but on the weekends I prefer the mornings.

I prefer going in the morning as the gym is quieter and you can use the equipment at your leasure and not have long waiting times.. But thats not always the case and sometimes have to work out in the evenings.

As a 14 year old girl i dont have many options, i cant drive or anything and my parents usually work until about 5 p.m. but i do work out. from 10:30 to 11:30 i have a weight lifting class. so thats my exercise for the day. its really refreshing at that time because your not tired from just waking up, and your not worn out from a long days work..

morning after a shower then i take another shower when i get done working out i work out in the evening too. damn i take 4 showers a day!!
