water vapor wouldn't rise because the air wouldn't be heavier than it, and the evaporated water wouldn't move from the surface of the water making it impossible for clouds to form

No.

No gravity equals no earth. Every body has gravitational pull. (So Earth would have to have it. if it doesn't then it would not exist.)Even things and people. The computer you are sitting on has gravitational pull which is pulling on you right now, but earth is so big and it's gravity is so much greater than the computer thats why you are sticking to your seat.
