Probably Itachi, because he has the ability to control time and space, therefore torturing a person mentally. I'm sure even the most powerful demon would be vulnerable to that.

Probually Sesshomoru, since he's a demon and Itachi could run out of energy (forgot how to spell it), but it's pretty hard to pick since both are pretty powerful. >.<
