Of course they will, they will boo a LOT. They will forget that they are in charge, they will forget about the sanctity of the Presidency and they will be hooting and hollering like a bunch of drunk howler monkeys. But when they win the Presidency (or loose control of Congress) they will be talking about the sanctity of our institutions again (and saying how EVIL the Republicans are for not showing respect for the institutions). But in the mean time, they will acting like a bunch of rude, boorish, children using the institution they control as a political circus. Neo-Libs, they are tyrants.
A Neo-Lib is a new Lib, that's what Neo means - NEW. It never meant anything bad. I like how the Libs think Neo was something dirty or evil, like "Liberal". I think they got that from "Neo-Nazi" (meaning new Nazi), not realizing that the bad part was Nazi, not New/Neo. And the Libs are suppose to be the geniouses. So get over it Libs, you didn't make up "Neo", it's been around since the "neolithic" age (look it up, you're so smart) .

I'm not sure what you mean (a conservative "catch phrase"?) by "neo-lib", unlike neocons, neo-libs do not exist. However, the liberals in congress will give applause when appropriate and will interrupt if necessary. No matter, when Senator Webb (ex-Republican by the way) gives the Democrats response to the state of the union address, that's when the real fireworks will be set off.

Barack Obama wasn't even in office in January '04, you're referring to '05. Bush's "attempt at fixing Social Security" was simply a smoke-and-mirrors attempt to pull a scam like Ohio's Coingate at a national level, pouring more money into Republican warchests!
